These two went out of their comfort zone and tried out for the High Performance Development team in Saskatoon today!

This team would allow them to attend 2 training camps next season to learn from high level coaches and special clinicians.

Way to go Kayden and Brinley!

Last workout of the season with Encompass Fitness Studio and Coach Alex.

Coach Alex gave us a chance to stretch, but also led us through a WICKED cardio session!

We can’t wait for next season!

~ Canadian Prairie Championships ~

📆 April 30 - May 3
📍 Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

The Canadian Prairie Championships - a competition that hosted 14 clubs from Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Newfoundland! There were anywhere between 40 and 120 competitors in the figures competitions (depending on the age groups) and some routine categories with 20 competitors!

The pool was busy, full and filled wiht high energy and a love for competition!

Final swim of the night!
Ava and Isabelle improved in marks and had a great swim! And they looked great while doing it - they added glitter to their Knox just to have some fun at the last competition of the season!

Now to rest for the night and back at the pool tomorrow for figures!
