Important Youth Talent Showcase Update

The Essex Fun Fest Youth Talent Showcase, presented by Essex Home Hardware Building Centre, is now full and the application process is officially closed.

Thank you to everyone who signed up to be part of this year’s showcase.

Please note there has been an important location change. The Youth Talent Showcase will not be held on the Essex Fun Fest Main Stage. It will now take place at the Maedel Community Centre Gymnasium.

🚨 Parade Update 🚨

The Essex Fun Fest Parade application process is now officially closed.

A huge thank you to everyone who submitted an application. We have received an incredible response and have now filled all available parade entries.

Our team is currently finalizing the parade lineup. All registered participants will receive an email over the next few days with important event information, lineup details, arrival times, and instructions.

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT — The Festival Market Square is coming together!

The Essex Fun Fest website has been updated, and the full list of food vendors and non-food vendors is now available online.

This year, you will notice some exciting changes to the festival site plan.

When you enter through the Main Gate at Fairview & St. James and pass through security, the Festival Market Square will be located right when you walk in. That means one of the first things you will see when you arrive is a large, organized vendor market featuring non-food vendors, local businesses, shopping, and festival favourites all together in one area.

The new Market Square layout makes it easier to browse, shop, discover what’s new, and support the amazing vendors joining us this year. You will have a chance to check them out when you arrive and another chance to visit them again on your way out.

We are excited to bring everyone together in one dedicated market area and create a better experience for festival guests and vendors.
