Bit of a story behind this one. First of all though you can get it from Green Croft Gardens. They are at the Enderby Farmers Market today at the Splatsin Centre.

Anyways, Gabriele and Wolfe have been starting my pepper plants for years while I soak up the sun in warmer climes. Only right that I do something for them. After threatening to do so for many years I finally got around to making a sauce for them.

The peppers are all from plants they started for me. It's a blend of Cayenne, Jalapeno and Serrano. The peppers were all fully ripened to a red colour. It's a very simple sauce but I'm really happy with the way it turned out. Vineger,peppers, onions, carrots, garlic salt. Thats it. The carrot really adds a nice sweetness I think.

Very pungent garlic. The garlic grown in this area is as good as any grown anywhere. This one has a real bite. I use it for my garlic mustards and my signiture line of hot sauces. I don't think you'll find any garlic better. Suitalble for planting as well.
