Have you ever wondered what it would be like to experience the thrill of aerial acts such as silks or hoop? Cirquesmith offers classes for complete beginners interested in learning this fascinating art. No experience is required--just bring yourself and your sense of adventure. are they empowering and freeing, aerial arts build physical strength, mental endurance, creativity, and bring excitement to your wellness routine. INSTRUCTOR:
Hailing from Kitchener, growing up, Nicole was a competitive gymnast, dancer, and equestrian, all of which fed her passion for body awareness and movement. As an adult, aerial arts and yoga became her new love and the path to physical, mental, and spiritual health. Through the years Nicole has studied at the Toronto School of Circus Arts, École Nationale de Cirque as well as completed her yoga teaching certification at Mandorla Yoga. She ran away to join the circus but has brought back a love of it to share with others in southwestern Ontario. Nicole now lives on the outskirts of Stratford with her partner, rescue animals, and chickens.
