Tomorrow’s ESO Outdoor concert at Station Lands has been cancelled.

At the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra and Winspear Centre, quality sound is our signature. During soundcheck today, we determined that conditions at the outdoor site would significantly compromise the acoustic experience due to competing elements, preventing us from delivering the concert experience our audiences and musicians deserve.

Edmonton’s downtown will be full of activity this weekend and it’s good to see so many people gathering in the heart of our city. Of course, we are disappointed that we won’t be able to perform for you and know many of you were looking forward to joining us.

We appreciate the enthusiasm and support shown for ESO Outdoors and regret any inconvenience this cancellation may cause.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support of the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra.
