We loved exploring The Deaf Tempest with Joanne and Mustafa of the Deaf Crows Collective! Their workshop revealed the creative process behind this groundbreaking, visually immersive play—a text-free reimagining of Shakespeare’s classic, rooted in Deaf aesthetics and accessible to all audiences through movement, puppetry, and Visual Vernacular.
