Volunteers wanted 📢

BeerFest Days is looking for volunteers to help bring Edmonton’s newest downtown festival experience to life at Churchill Square, June 4–9.

From live music and entertainment to community activations and beverage sampling, volunteers will be part of the energy behind a week-long celebration of friends, family, culture, and community.

NO CHAIRS ALLOWED 🪑

Please leave lawn chairs, camping chairs, and folding chairs at home.
This helps maintain clear walkways, viewing areas, and emergency access throughout the festival grounds.

NOTICE TO ALL VENDORS

• Food Vendors are NOT permitted to accept tickets for purchases.
• Beer Vendors are NOT permitted to bring product onsite without submitting receipts.
• Transferring, exchanging, or trading tickets between vendors is strictly prohibited.

These regulations are in place to protect the Festival, ensure the safety of all attendees — including minors — and maintain compliance and good standing with licensing authorities, governing bodies, and Festival operational requirements.

Failure to comply with these policies may result in removal from the event, suspension of participation, reconciliation adjustments, and/or loss of future vendor privileges.
