Prana or ( Pranayama ) - This is a Sanskrit meaning "Life Force" it can be broken down - "An" means "movement" and "pra" is a prefix meaning "constant". Therefore, prana means constant motion, or the primary and all round motion of Life Energy. In hoop dance we are finding our flow of energy though our body, allowing prana to flow through out our entire being

cusing on the breath; simply inhaling through the nose and being mindful as it fill yours entire body. Spinning is the form of constant motion which is intern Prana. By spinning we connect ourselves with the motion of the cosmos, and remind our selves we are all an expression of the universe.
