Congratulations to our fellow Edmontonian choirs on very well-received performances at Podium: Choral Conference & Festival / Congrès et festival choral!

The Braille Tones gave their performances before we arrived back on Vancouver Island, and we’ve heard lots from fellow Podium attendees about their powerful presentation.

Many of us from Chronos had the opportunity to attend the strong performance by Chorale Saint-Jean this morning. Félicitations, tout le monde! Edmonton represent!

CONCERT 3: Capital Chamber Choir from Ottawa (ON), Chorale Saint-Jean from Edmonton (AB), and Vancouver's Intertidal Choral Ensemble will share the stage for this concert. May 15 at 4:00pm and May 16 at 10:30am at the Phillip T. Young Recital Hall. Please note: Both performances are identical. This concert is being presented twice due to the size of the hall, and to ensure there is adequate space to accommodate conference delegates and members of the public.

CONCERT nº 3 : Le Capital Chamber Choir d'Ottawa (ON), la Chorale Saint-Jean d'Edmonton (AB) et l'Intertidal Choral Ensemble de Vancouver partageront la scène pour ce concert. Le 15 mai à 16h00 et le 16 mai à 10h30, à la salle de récital Phillip T. Young. Veuillez noter : les deux représentations sont identiques. Ce concert est présenté deux fois en raison de la capacité de la salle, afin d’assurer suffisamment de places pour accueillir les congressistes et le public.

CONCERT 1: Celebrate the opening of PODIUM 2026 with performances by students of the Greater Victoria School District No. 61, a massed Francophone choir (including singers from Chorale Saint-Jean, Voix des Rocheuses. and Les Décibels), and The Choirs YYJ. May 14, 1:00pm at the Farquhar Auditorium.
