The Experience:
Imagine stepping into a cozy, plant-filled cafe where soft music fills the air, the scent of herbal tea welcomes you, and a small community gathers to de-stress together. That’s the magic of Flow, Sip, & Soothe—a carefully curated 3-hour wellness event designed to carry you from active tension to deep calm.
Hosted at the historic Naked Cafe, a locally-owned gem known for its warm, eclectic, and judgment-free atmosphere, this evening is more than a workshop or a massage. It’s a complete escape from the fast pace of daily life.
What You'll Experience:
Group Yoga (6:15 PM – 7:00 PM) - We begin with a 45-minute all-levels Slow Flow & Stretch session. Led by an experienced instructor, you’ll gently move, breathe, and release the stress of the week. The intimate cafe setting transforms into a private studio, where you can connect with your body and the friendly faces around you. No experience is needed—just come as you are.
The Drink Session (7:00 PM – 7:15 PM) - After we roll up our mats, it’s time to sip and socialize. You’ll be guided through a signature tea tasting featuring Naked Cafe’s finest calming blends—perhaps a chamomile or lavender infusion. It’s a moment to hydrate, chat with fellow attendees, and let the relaxation settle in.
Chair Massages & Mingling (6:45 PM – 8:45 PM) - The grand finale! Throughout this time, therapists from Golden Palm Massage and Wellness will offer 15-minute chair massage sessions—perfect for targeting stubborn neck, shoulder, or back tension. While you wait for your turn, you can continue to enjoy your tea, meet new people, or simply bask in the serene ambiance.
