Missed out on some of the exhibits? Don't fret, because Doris Charest's, 𝙀𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙒𝙞𝙡𝙙 will be up in the Westin until October 30, 2026!

𝙀𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙒𝙞𝙡𝙙 asks us to slow down and engage with small, often unnoticed elements of the natural world. These mixed media sculptures invite viewers to imagine the stories created in each piece. The shells draw attention to the small and often-overlooked pieces of nature.

Didn't get to check out the The Works Art & Design Festival exhibits? Don't worry! Some of them will still be available for the coming weeks!

Diana Ohiozebau's, 𝙉𝙤𝙩 𝘼𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝘼𝙨 𝙎𝙪𝙘𝙝 will be available to see at the Stanley A. Milner Library until August 23, 2026.

𝙉𝙤𝙩 𝘼𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝘼𝙨 𝙎𝙪𝙘𝙝 are mixed-media works, exploring our shared humanity through themes of resilience, identity, and collective strength. Each piece invites viewers to engage closely with shifting shadows, rich textures, and layered materials from multiple perspectives. Through this exhibition, Ohiozebau hopes you'll find elements you can relate to and be reminded that even in life’s most difficult moments, we are never truly alone.

Our volunteers' hard work is what makes The Works festival possible. We appreciate them so much, and having the ability to provide food and drink options ready for them is a primary way that we show our gratitude.

As this year's The Works Art & Design Festival has come to a close, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped make it such a memorable celebration.

A festival like The Works doesn't happen overnight. It takes months of planning, collaboration, creativity, and the support of an incredible community to transform Churchill Square into a vibrant celebration of art and culture.

We are deeply grateful to our funders, sponsors, partners, artists, volunteers, staff, vendors, and every visitor who joined us. Your generosity, dedication, and enthusiasm made this year's festival possible and helped create an unforgettable experience for our community.
