PHF is all set for its annual inter academy Bhangra Competition "Raunkaan Punjab Diyan" 2023 on Sunday, December 17th. Kids are ready to stage their talent and passion about the folk dances and folk instruments.
Tickets are 15.00 dollars each.

Summer camp is beginning from july 2nd. It's going to be lots of fun, exercise and learning. We have special arrangements for the training of dhol, tumbi, tumba, algoze and sarangi. Hi guys! We’re currently offering a ladies fitness class in north and south side. South classes take place every Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:30-7:30 and North side classes take place every Friday from 6-7. It’s a great way to add physical activity to your life and boost your mental health! Join us to learn bhangra and have a great time with other passionate individuals as well! No previous experience is needed.
