Practical Sloth

Practical Sloth Practical Sloth is an Edmonton based game design group. A husband and wife who were obsessed with board games were on a long roadtrip.

The husband announced "I think I want to make a board game," and his wife said "okay." And thus Practical Sloth was born. From there we started attending local board game conventions to start fine tuning our games to make them more enjoyable. While all this was going on we started making dice bags and dice for fun (we are giant nerds if you haven't figured that out.) At our first trade show we sol

d our handmade dice bags and did pretty dang good, so we thought why not sell them online. As you can tell this has been a weird little adventure, but we have been enjoying ourselves and hope you will like what we have been creating.

Exciting News! My BNI group (which I am a founding member of) is naming its chapter tomorrow and you're all invited! If you've ever wanted to visit a chapter, don't know what is but are interested in , or just want to show up to support me in this new chapter of Amanda Swanson Photography, this is the event for you.

It's a zoom meeting from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm. It's free, and if you are a business owner you will have the chance to talk about your business and yourself during the meeting, so it's a great chance to network and meet other local business owners.
