Our next event is this month!! For Truth and Reconciliation Day, ESFF will be hosting a free community event with local Indigenous artists. 🧔

In partnership with Audreys Books the Edmonton Short Film Festival will be hosting a community film screening of local Indigenous short films along with talks from local Indigenous authors. Join us for the sharing of stories, and together we will celebrate the beautiful Indigenous culture and its many storytellers who’ve come to share.

Elder Dan Cardinal will do a smudge at 4:30pm. At 4:45pm, the event will start. We will have 2 indigenous authors and 2 indigenous filmmakers share their stories with the audience, followed by Q&As with each of them. šŸŽ¬šŸ“š

This event is free to attend, but RSVP/Registration is required due to limited space. We hope that many gather for what will be a special evening.
