All BOX OFFICE volunteers must attend a training session and self-schedule their training through Better Impact. All new BOX OFFICE volunteers must attend a hands-on FULL computer training session. Returning BOX OFFICE volunteers have a choice of attending either:
- A hands-on FULL computer training session
- A no hands-on REFRESHER session covering changes from the previous year
