This may be controversial, but no one can Steal YOUR students. Students are NOT property. Dance studios are services just like the coffee shop or massage clinic. You need to continue to cultivate the relationship plain and simple. If you are not open to feedback and continue to blame others, you will continue to see students leave. Build the culture that makes people want to stay because they feel valued, love the learning environment and feel they are ultimately getting what they pay for.

Esther Juon has created an invaluable training and assessment program that is changing the ballet world for the better. Let's help the next generation dance safely and without the pain we have been told is just part of dancing on pointe.
