Presented by the University of Alberta Department of East Asian Studies, UPAA Edmonton, and community partners EPIC Alberta, MIGRANTE, and Kilusang Kabataan.

Celebrate Philippine Heritage Month with a free afternoon of learning, reflection, and community. Featuring award-winning artist Mayo Landicho from Vancouver, along with community presentations, film, cultural displays, and live batok tattoo in the foyer.

One of the coolest parts of this journey has been witnessing the growth of Filipino parents in our community — applying what they’ve learned since Workshop 1, having deeper conversations with their kids, and showing up with more awareness, patience, and connection.

Hindi madali ang bicultural parenting.
But seeing families intentionally do the work? Ang ganda lang makita.

Volunteer for EPIC at BeerFest Days!

The Edmonton Philippine International Centre (EPIC) is collaborating with Edmonton International Beer Festival. For every volunteer who joins us at the festival, the organizers will make a direct donation to EPIC. The more people we rally, the bigger the donation - it's that simple!

BeerFest Days is a six-day celebration of community, culture, and connection. It brings together arts, entertainment, beverages, and unforgettable moments with friends and family in the heart of Edmonton. Free to attend. Open to all ages.
