Making stuff for others brings me a little bit of joy. It helps to see smiles of others when they see my finished work. Another project that I did before Christmas as a Christmas gift. This was a request from someone special for a gift for their friend. Again, I made my own pattern (using someone else's pattern as a springboard for a couple of bits and pieces). This is Technoblade from Minecraft.

These slippers I made are fleece lined and have memory foam padded foot beds and leather soles. It was a challenge to work through all the layers, especially 4" thick memory foam. It's wonderful when my intended gift recipient appreciates the hard work.

So thankful that i have the ability to create from my own mind and share this with others. So I finished this project before Christmas 2024. They are knit and have fleece inserts, memory foam padding and leather soles. They were a christmas gift for someone special to replace a pair I had made 4 years ago that had finally worn through. I didn't use a pattern and usually make my own patterns.

Christmas wreath I made in 2020
