My name is Rozanna McConnell and I am an artist, lover of the esoteric and many, many more things. I like to paint with both sides of my brain. Which is a funny statement because physically you have to. I am more meaning, I have two styles of painting. One style is the wet on wet techniques popularized by the famous Bob Ross and more well known to my Canadian and more locally known friends, Ed Mar
tyniuk. This style is not necessarily "traditional" painting but as it has been described for me time and time again, you can see what you are trying to paint. The second style of painting is more from my heart than my brain. I really lets me work out my frustrations and allows be to use up my left over paints from the wet on wet technique, ha ha ha. Abstract painting, for me, is very freeing. I feel that I can really not make any mistakes. The pictures of my pieces really don't do it much justice because the texture on some is incredible. Now then, the lover of the esoteric. I use my gifts of claircognizance (clear knowing), clairvoyant (clear vision), clairaudiant (clear hearing) and clairempathy (clear feeling). I use different types of cards to assist in my readings.
