"Jewel Blossom" Dot Art Worskhops. July 15 & July 27. Sherlock Holmes Campus and Price Rupert Community Garden.

We had two amazing events painting beautiful dot art on smooth concrete rocks! 🎨Thank you so much for having me out to host these workshops. I had such a great time creating alongside all of you and seeing everyone’s beautiful designs come to life.

It was a wonderful couple of events filled with creativity, fun, and great company. Thanks to everyone who joined us and got creative! 💛

Your Saturday plans could use a little more outer space.

On August 22, Creative Spark Art is bringing a beginner-friendly Galaxy Painting Workshop to Summer Block Party on Rice Howard Way.

You’ll start with a 4" x 4" canvas and use acrylic paints and sponges to blend your own cosmic night sky.

Then comes the important decision: what exists underneath it?
Mountains? Trees? Woodland animals? Mushrooms? A cozy cabin? An unexplained creature that raises more questions than the workshop has time to answer?

Add your silhouette with brushes and make the whole tiny universe your own.
No painting experience is needed, step-by-step guidance is provided, and all supplies are included.

Free | Beginner-friendly

Come make something, spend some time on the block, then take your newly acquired artistic confidence to dinner at one of the local spots nearby.

A little art. A downtown wander. Something delicious. Several square inches of personally controlled universe.

“Jewel Blossom Plant Pot” July 11, 2026 Whitefish Lake 🎨🪴

What a lovely time we had at Whitefish Lake! I had such a wonderful time creating these colourful Jewel Blossom plant pots with you lovely ladies. Thank you so much for joining me for a little relaxing creativity, conversation, and fun. I absolutely loved seeing all the beautiful and unique pots you created!

There’s nothing better than slowing down, getting creative, and enjoying some good company. Thank you for spending part of your day creating with me! I hope your beautiful new plant pots bring you lots of joy.

"Dragonfly Moon" Soberhood Fundraiser - June 8, 2026

What an incredible evening! This was our second fundraiser in support of the amazing Soberhood community, and it was such a joy to gather together, get creative, and raise money for an organization that is making such a positive impact in the Edmonton community.

A huge thank you to David and Bailey for inviting me back and for all the work you do to support and encourage others. It’s truly an honour to be a small part of what you’re building.

Everyone did such an amazing job on their Dragonfly Moon paintings! I absolutely loved seeing each person's unique creativity come to life.

Thank you to everyone who came out, painted with us, and supported this wonderful cause. I’m already looking forward to the next event! 💛✨

"Alpine Moonrise" Fundraiser - June 6, 2025 🌙🏔️🎨

What a wonderful evening! Thank you to everyone who came out, got creative, and supported the Edmonton Cosmopolitan Club fundraiser for diabetes research. It was such a joy to spend the evening painting together while raising money for such an important cause.

One of the highlights of the night was teaming up with my dear friend and incredibly talented fellow artist, Amber V. It was so much fun co-hosting this event together, and I’m so grateful we had the opportunity to share our love of art with all of you.

A heartfelt thank you to the amazing volunteers whose hard work, kindness, and enthusiasm helped make the evening run so smoothly. Events like these are only possible because of wonderful people like you.

Thank you again to everyone who joined us. Together, we created beautiful art, shared lots of laughs, and made a difference for a great cause. 💙

“The God of Peace” Paint and Praise at Summit Church – May 16, 2026 🎨🙏

Wow… my heart is so full. What a beautiful afternoon of creativity, worship, praise, prayer, and community. It is such an incredible honour to glorify the Lord while sharing one of my greatest gifts and passions...teaching art and encouraging creativity in others.

There was something so special about gathering together in faith, painting peacefully, worshipping freely, and creating from the heart. Events like these remind me how powerful it is when creativity and God’s presence come together in one space.

A huge thank you to Jolene and Janelle for helping organize this wonderful event, and to Summit Church for graciously allowing us to use their beautiful space. I’m also so grateful for the lovely friends who came out to support, Falon, Sarah W, and Sonia, you all blessed me so much. 💛

I am truly looking forward to hosting more Paint & Praise events in the future. If you, your small group, or your church would be interested in hosting one, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for all the love and support! ✨

“Wild Horse” – April 25, 2026 Drayton Valley Horse Club Fundraiser 🐎🎨

What a fantastic event! Thank you to everyone who came out, got creative, and supported such a meaningful cause. We had so much fun painting beautiful, wild horses together. There was incredible talent and creativity in the room!

A huge shoutout to Aliesha and Michelle for organizing such a wonderful event. The funds raised will go toward maintaining horse trails in the Drayton Valley area, which makes it even more special to be part of.

Thank you so much for having me, I’m already looking forward to hosting another event with you lovely folks in the fall! 💛✨
