One of my nearest and dearest () is involved in one of the coolest programs called where they take children on day trips to Disneyland!

They’re hosting a beautiful high tea fundraiser (check their bio for tickets) real soon, so head over to their profile and check it out!

These four passport holders will be available at their silent auction with every cent raised going towards the kids! I had SO much fun making these, and won’t be replicating them, so if you’re in Vancouver, and wanna get your hands on them, join us at the fundraiser and get those bids in! For the kids!

The number one question I get asked is always “why Dad Hands?” This is it right here, for a decade and a half before I ever picked up my first set of leather tools, I was holding a welder, and grinders and all kinds of tools. Been back living shop life again, and boy oh boy, has it ever been fun.

Well pals, that wraps up another year. It’s been a lot. I know things got real quiet here for a while, I’d given up, packed it in, stopped making art, for all the wrong reasons. This year I found my way back home, quite literally with my recent move back to Vancouver, and back into creating. Just wanted to extend a thank you to those who stuck around and supported me this year. The couple of markets I did this fall/winter were the most successful thus far, and I am eternally grateful for the warm reception back.

I have some very excited things coming up in 2026, including the much anticipated return of custom pieces.

I may have to change the name of the business since I have recently taught myself how to be a nail tech, and my once beaten up, grubby little mitts are looking quite pretty these days.

Anyways, I just wanted to extend some well wishes for you and yours this coming year. Let’s make some cool s**t, yeah?

Things are slowly coming together back in the city. I am absolutely obsessed with the custom garland my dearest of friends made me for the last weekend! It will have a forever home on my walls until the next market 🥰
