Our hearts are broken for CEMCA chair, Carol Small as we share the news of the passing of her husband, Roy Small.

CEMCA extends its deepest condolences to Carol, their children, grandchildren and extend family and friends at this time.

Thank you Roy, for all you've done to support Carol over the years as she has advocated for a Middlesex County Archives.

Roy passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2026 at AgeCare Long Term Care Home, Parkhill, Ontario after a battle with Parkinson’s Disease. Much loved husband of
