The CCGS Cape Ann is one of the Canadian Coast Guard’s Cape Class motor lifeboats, designed to self-right in extreme sea conditions, a vital capability for lifesaving operations.
Stationed in Tofino, the Cape Ann is one of 28 vessels built by Victoria Shipyards, featuring aluminum hulls and components precision cut by Brenco Industries Ltd., ensuring strength, accuracy, and reliability in demanding marine environments.
The Cape Class lifeboats were also featured on the TV show How Things Work, showcasing the advanced engineering behind these vessels.

Inside, creativity continues. Metal art pieces, custom cut displays, and one of a kind furniture showcase the skill and innovation behind everything we build.
We also feature select art pieces created by local artists using Brenco scrap metal, including the small size coffee tables. While these tables weren’t built by Brenco, we’re proud that our materials can inspire creativity in the community.
