Any interest in a morning Zumba Gold (R) class in Reidville?

This program is geared towards 50+, but is perfect for prenatal and postnatal participants and those with knee, or hip issues. This program is low impact and eliminates the knee twisting moves.

I I have not been very active here for awhile. I injured my knee last summer and have been very cautious about what I do. But I know alot of instructors that are doing virtual classes, if anyone is interested I can share some of those links. Zumba is currently working on a platform for these type of classes. I may look at offering a gold/gold-toning once it is in place if there is any interest. Please comment if you are interested in either of these being offered. :)
