🎉 Celebrating 20 Years of Great People at Chances Dawson Creek!

As we celebrate this incredible milestone, we’re recognizing the amazing team members who make our property special. 💙

Meet Renante, Security Team, who has been part of the Chances Dawson Creek team for 3 years and 9 months.

Renante enjoys the teamwork and seeing every department work together to keep the property safe and fun for everyone. His favourite memories include celebrating Staff Appreciation Day and discovering his Secret Santa gift — an unforgettable “investigation” that turned out to be the easiest one he’s ever had! 🎁

What keeps Renante motivated every day is staying sharp and focused. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, biking, and watching movies with his kids.

When asked what makes the Chances Dawson Creek team special, Renante shared one word: teamwork — the collaboration and support that bring everyone together. 💙

Thank you, Renante, for being a valued part of the Chances Dawson Creek family and helping make our team what it is today! 🎉

Giving back to the community that supports us 💙

Chances Dawson Creek was proud to present a cheque to St. Mark’s Food Bank, supporting their ongoing efforts to provide food assistance and care to individuals and families in need throughout the Dawson Creek community.

For decades, St. Mark’s Food Bank has been a valued part of the community. What began as a small “food cupboard” in the 1980s has grown into a dedicated food support program, made possible through the generosity of volunteers, donors, and community partners.

Their commitment to providing support with dignity, kindness, and compassion continues to make a meaningful difference for those who need it most.

Thank you to St. Mark’s Food Bank for the incredible work you do, and for helping make Dawson Creek a stronger, more caring community.
