Written and Directed by Rachel Rubin Ladutke. This show follows the life of folklorist Helen Creighton and her work to preserve the songs of the maritimes. Live music after all shows and talkbacks after both matinees!

Content Warning: Several scary (ghost) stories are told within the play 👻

This show accepts pay-what-you-can tickets in exact cash (no change) at the door. This means that anybody can come see the show at the show time with any amount of cash, provided there are still tickets available

Jyoti’s tale is a live performance piece that brings together Celtic fiddle and Indian Classical dance.
Jyoti’s Tale is a collaborative cross-cultural music and dance piece created by Sangeeta Raju and Japhy Sullivan. The work draws on Indian Classical dance and Traditional Celtic music and myth, and explores one woman’s journey of longing, reclamation and self-actualization.

Nowadays Festival Presents: FIVER and the Fiver Trois ~ "Cleaning House" Album Launch 🎶

Fiver is releasing their first full length album since 2021: Cleaning House.
Singer and songwriter Simone Schmidt is collaborating with Jeremy Costello (bass, synths, voice), Nathan Doucet (drums, percussion, voice), and Dani Crowther (pedal steel, guitar) to make up The Fiver Trois.
Cleaning House was produced by Schmidt, engineered and mixed by Gavin Gardiner, and comes out on You’ve Changed Records on July 10, 2026.
Don't miss it's presentation on our stage on the 17th!

Musical guests Koromanti and the North Star will also be there, it is sure to be an evening of incredible music!
