I’m excited to share this new offering in partnership with the wonderful Unleashed Studio!

🍼Parent-Tot Pole with Daisy Chains🤸

We know how hard it is for new parents to prioritize their health in those early months. That’s why we are bringing Parent-Tot Pole back to Unleashed! Join Daisy Chains for a gentle, low impact “movement snack” that focuses on breath work, building core strength through conditioning and base work (exploration of the floor and non-aerial pole flow), and sense of community. Come as you are with your baby in a judgment-free space. No previous pole experienced required.
👉By registering, participants attest that they have been cleared by a physician or specialist to participate and this class is not a substitute for physical therapy.
