90's Grunge-era alternative music contains heaps of (in my opinion) prophetic messages in bottles, just reading between the lines. This song sounded so cool when it first came out, and always has to me, but I could never understand the lyrics lol. I think we all have favorite songs out there, and we still have little to no idea what they are actually singing haha!

Today, my ever and all-loving Nana passed away today at nearly 97. She will be missed by all, but we are relieved that she didn't ever really suffer too much. I was able to see her back on Father's Day in Langley, and she was totally on her 'A' game for an elder battling dementia, healthy and still very strong. We joked, we giggled. She wore my Alpha & Omega hat for a picture, and that was the last time I was able to see her.

In just the past couple of weeks, she had a couple of strokes, and it was like God took her while she was still alive and her organs all just started shutting down and the dementia fully kicked in. She passed peacefully at 10:10 this morning, and I was able to talk to my dad (her middle son) about. We shed a few tears, but we celebrate her near-100 years and love her for all she has done for our family. Not to mention teaching me very strictly as an 8 year old how to properly use a knife and fork whilst keeping my elbows off the table lol!

Crazily enough, the last time I saw her here at my home with my mom, was four years ago today, right around now. Thank you Facebook for the memory as the timing of her exit couldn't have been more divinely inspired. Love you Nana xoxo Thank you for all the paintings, treats, memories as they come and, most of all, how hard you loved me and plead with me to get off the booze. All your prayers were answered, Nana; have fun watching from the sky-cam! ❤️🙏

I am not manic or sketched out anymore from having to switch meds after near-death experiences that I never made public on here or complained about. My body was dying, and fast! It was so brutal and torturous on many levels, but it is over now....

Three months later, I am feeling happier and more grateful than I ever have! So, sorry for the unavoidable mania, the endless postings and some pretty 'out there' stuff, but it was all part of the process in my healing, physically, mentally and spiritually. Now, We just chill and stay in the moment, using the past (and good ptsd? lol) as a guide to pave a better future. ✌️🤟

A day-dream I had today....

I am a train going thru a tunnel. The light at the end of it is getting so bright, and everyone aboard can see it and are stoked! We're almost Home! However, far more are not on this train ride, are stuck at the entrance to the tunnel, and we must go back to get all of those in waiting, and bring them home along with!

On a bus up to Cultus Lake, listening to a Drum and Bass mix I did 3 years ago, entirely in F-minor, and it just flows as my chariot rolls.
I called it "F-minor Selektor."
