In 2006, the Cow Head Conservation & Heritage Committee hosted the first ever Gros Morne Craft Fair.

An annual 4-day celebration in Cow Head, the most northerly settlement in Gros Morne National Park, that brings together craftspeople, artisans, singers, songwriters, musicians, storytellers, naturalists, locals, and visitors. It has continued to grow and amass a following of craft, music and outdoor enthusiasts.
2013 marked the beginning of the annual Gros Morne Fall Fest. A grand weekend of Craft, Music and Cuisine
