Creative Life is a place where we believe youth can use art as a powerful means of connection and communication. We seek to create a safe space for youth to find belonging, and discover their capacity, identity and purpose. Our time together is all about young people being empowered through creativity. What to except:
We host two community art drop-ins on our Riverbend property (4729 Headquarters

Road, Courtenay). On Tuesdays youth will have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of art projects, some of which will be taught by community artists who have generously volunteered their time and skills to teach a specific technique. Each project will have a thought or a theme that will encourage us to go deeper in our creative processes. On Thursday the space will become an open studio for those who wish to continue working on Tuesdays project or simply want to hang out and work on personal pieces.
