Ending another EPIC Valley Girls summer… and celebrating SIX YEARS of Valley Girls today. 🥹💖
Six years ago today, we had our very first class.
When I started Valley Girls, I genuinely thought it would just be a fun little side hustle…. a way for me to keep dancing and not have to dance alone. 😂 I never could have imagined what it would become.
Every person who has signed up, shown up, followed along, commented, shared, sent a message, told a friend or supported us in any way; you have helped build this. And what we’ve built is pretty darn amazing. 🥹
I’ve been saying this a lot lately, but somehow every year just gets better. I keep growing as an instructor and business owner, you keep growing into more confident and incredible dancers, and somewhere along the way, clients became classmates, classmates became friends, and Valley Girls became so much more than a place to dance.
There have been bumps, growing pains and plenty of lessons along the way. To everyone who has ridden those waves with us, thank you! There’s something really special about looking at what Valley Girls is today and knowing how much love, work and resilience it took to get here.
Whether you started in 2020, last year, last month or this week - thank you for trusting me, supporting this little dream and, ultimately, changing my life. 💫
Six years in, and I still don’t take any of it for granted. I’ll keep doing everything I can to make Valley Girls the best experience I possibly can for all of you. 💖
