Dancing Eden

Dancing Eden Guided free-form dance! And with this in mind, let us dance! Only for women < 3

Bring your self, water, comfy clothes, a pillow and a yoga mat if you like, and a desire to move deep into yourself; and to discover strength in places not touched upon through everyday life. This dance is for developing our own rythym and style through movement, and enhancing it further by strength and control: and, as we progress, we, improve our posture, reduce bodily pain, loose ourselves from

stress, and gain confidence together. By connecting to the life-giving spirit within us, and allowing it to move and radiate through us, we also allow it to enter into all aspects of our lives. Let us loose ourselves from the rigidities of societal confines and embrace dance as we were born in the garden, as beautiful women together! DANCE SCHEDULE

I feel so free when I dance.
Kind of like the wind.
To the eye, it blows free, but in truth, it moves in any which direction needed for its purpose to be fulfilled.
I perceive, such is the spirit that moves through you in dance, if you allow it, it too will go where it is needed to fulfill its purpose in the body.
Such is spirit in all aspects of life, like the wind.
