Cornwall and Community have lost a real gem. Karine and her crew were the driving force behind our rebrand a few years back and developed our logo, website and curated so many cool ideas. She also introduced us to Urroz which has been a game-changer.
RIP Karine. Gone WAY too soon but your light will shine on.
This is a hard post to make and our hearts are aching. The community has lost a gem. A bold, bright, adventurous entrepreneur and businesswoman. And to us, not just a colleague, but also a friend.
Karine, you believed in us in our early business days, were a mentor, and taught us how to have a backbone and be strong when things got tough.
You made the long work days fun. There were many late nights of scrambling to make it happen for our clients, which meant ordering pizza and blasting all genres of tunes to get through the tight deadlines. And, lots and lots of coffee.
It doesn’t feel real. You are supposed to be here, telling us your next bold move or project. You always had something fun and creative up your sleeve.
Our thoughts and prayers are with her family.
To all the entrepreneurs out there, take it from Karine. Be bold, be brave, be ambitious, be creative, and never stop chasing your dreams.
