To everyone working their regular day jobs from home - HOW do you stay focused, motivated, and on task?

This change of pace is nice, but it is also putting into broader focus the difference in myyyy drive to do... anything, really. Work or not.
⠀
I've always suspected that the improvement in my mental health over the past few years has more than a little to do with having less downtime/home time, and boy this return to baseline seems to confirm that hypothesis! That said, I do also tend to burn out after a few months of my usual schedule, and really live for the session breaks I'm lucky to have since I mainly work on a term schedule.
⠀
Next stop: finding the balance between staying busy enough during the week to keep from slipping into unhealthy mental spaces, but still including more frequent days off to Not Think.
