We all deserve to be relaxed, calm, confident and Radiant! That is hard to do with your shoulders up to your ears!!
Check out this workshop to help calm the brain-body and body-brain connection and discover some shoulder function you may not know about and let the relaxing begin

I can tell you for sure...that as my shoulders relax, my neck appears to be getting longer and I feel more elegant and feminine. No more meat-head looking shoulders for me!!!
