✨ MARKET WEEKEND ✨
I’m packing up the pottery and heading out for a fun market weekend! 🥰
Come say hi, see the newest pieces from Van Isle Clayworks in person, and find something handmade to take home. Every piece is made by hand right here on Vancouver Island, so no two are exactly alike. 🤍
📍 Saturday: QB Farmers Market
📍 Sunday: Italian Kitchen & Deli
If you’re local, I’d love to see you! Come browse, say hello, and maybe find your new favourite mug. ☕️💕

Still deciding how I feel about these simpler thumb tumblers. They all did sell quickly at the last market, but what does the larger audience think? The plum colored one gets random flashes on sage-y/minty green come through which is kind of cool 🤷🏼‍♀️

Another amazing day at the Comox Nautical Days is in the books! Tomorrow (Monday) is the last day 10-4pm. Although I’ve sold out of many of my most popular pieces, this pretty bowl among other things is still available 😊 I also brought out my fun black clay black polka dot tumblers for those of you who have been asking about that line.

A lovely lady bought this vase at the Comox Nautical Days yesterday and popped by my booth today to share it in action in her home. Making functional ceramics that bring people joy is what keeps me going. So grateful for all the support yesterday 🌸

If you’re heading to the festival, I’d love for you to stop by, say hi, and see my newest collection in person. Let me know in the comments if I’ll be seeing you there! 💙

HOW did nobody tell me this?! 🤯
For the last 2.5 years I’ve been wrestling with my pottery wheel pan every single time I cleaned it. It took so much force to snap the two halves back together... until I saw one tiny trick.
Now it literally clicks together with just two fingers. 😳 My pottery life has officially changed.
Please tell me I’m not the only one who didn’t know this! 😂
