We're excited to welcome Apukuna to Resonance for a special stop on his Canadian tour.

Known throughout the ecstatic dance community for his live remixes and masterful musical storytelling, Apukuna crafts one-of-a-kind dance journeys that weave together rhythm, presence, and movement. Guided by an opening meditation with Paz Ciuk and movement warm-up with Hailey Dobis, Solar Pulse explores movement as meditation, expression, and connection through the universal language of music.

We're looking forward to sharing this special evening with the community.

Heart Beat Flow is a guided experience of yoga, movement, meditation, and live drumming -- shaped by the energy of the room.

Paz begins with a grounding meditation, inviting you to arrive in your body. From there, Karen guides a movement practice that responds to what’s present, supported throughout by live rhythm and sound. The session gradually softens into restorative postures and a closing meditation.

A steady, supported space to move, listen, and follow what unfolds.

When: Saturday mornings, 10:00 - 11:15am

At this pivotal moment in history, intuitive development isn’t a luxury, it’s a form of inner literacy. It’s the ability to feel what’s true, sense what’s aligned, and make decisions from clarity rather than fear, pressure, or external noise.

Hosted at Resonance Collingwood, this class is a gentle, grounded introduction to intuition: we’ll explore what modern research and lived experience suggest about “inner knowing,” then you’ll try a basic remote viewing practice with a blind target we reveal at the end. No performance. No pressure. Just practice, noticing, and discovery.

You are already intuitive. The question is: can you hear your own signal clearly?

Bring a pen + paper (and if you have a journal that feels like yours, bring that -- it helps you drop in).
