Friday, Oct 16 & Saturday, Oct 17 might be the best two nights of the whole season, and here’s why:

🌙 The weather is perfect. Highs of 14°C, mild nights, and barely a chance of rain. October in the Lakeland doesn’t hand out nights like this very often.

🕯️ Candlelight the ENTIRE way. Over 1km of trail through real woods, lit only by flickering flame. Your eyes will play tricks on you, and so will we.

😱 The scares are OFF THE HOOK. 9 scare zones. 20+ live actors. Some of them have been waiting all week for you.

Step into The Hollow. Lose your friends in the jail. Walk beneath the Hanging Pines. And whatever you do... don’t stop moving in the statue cemetery.

🔦 Saturday is Flashlight Night. One flashlight for your whole group. Choose wisely.

🥶 Tired of freezing in line for a haunt? Ever wondered WHY you’re waiting?

Here’s what a lot of haunts won’t tell you: they cram groups in back-to-back. You end up shuffling behind strangers, and the actors are still busy scaring the group in front of you.

We don’t do that.

At the Cold Lake Haunted Woods, your group goes into the Hollow alone. It’s just you and your people on over 1km of dark forest trail, through 9 scare zones. That’s why there’s a wait. We space out every group so nobody gets leftover scares. You get the whole show, built for you.

And this weekend, the cold isn’t a problem:
🌙 It’s the best weather of our ENTIRE season
🎬 We’re screening a movie outdoors

🎃 So proud of our Haunted Woods crew! 🎃

Last week, these kids headed out into the cold and the rain to scare every one of you. Some might say, "Well, that's their job," and yes, it is. But it's also hard. It would be easy to say it's too uncomfortable or to walk away, and not one of them did.

They are amazing. 👻

Along the way, they're learning work ethic, discipline, and how to do hard things. Those are life skills that will carry them far beyond the woods.

If you'd like to support them, come join us this weekend, October 16 & 17, at the Cold Lake Haunted Woods! Full lighting is up, there are photo ops, and lots more. It's going to be a great show!

P.S. We're not the haunt that's out to terrify you. We're going for good scares, a few creeps, and even some laughs. Just a wholesome good time in our small town. 🧡

RIP Inferno. You had a good few years, but the storm did you in.
