The Breezeway started out as a good time sharing music with friends in The Breezeway, The Breezeway Live has now grown to include our own studio space for Live Shows each Tuesday Evening at 6:45pm. The Breezeway Live Show has become well known in the community as well as Worldwide. In 2020 The Breezeway was Awarded a Port Hope Civic Award for their work within the community. w has become a hit with local musicians and music lovers in Canada, United States and around the world. Thousands of people tune in to listen to local music entertainers, bands, legends and to see just what they might have up their sleeve. No doubt about it though, you are guaranteed to see amazing entertainment from local favorites to those you may have never heard before.
“ It started out just having a good time with friends, now I couldn’t see us not doing this every Tuesday in The Breezeway and Beyond,” Says Breezeway Founder & Host Stephen Francis.
*The Breezeway has branched out and do several on location events including fundraisers and special events during our offseason away from the studio. (May thru September) Venues such as The Napanee Country Jamboree, David Wilcox Concert in Wellington, Prince Edward County Jamboree, 50’s & 60’s Rock N Roll Festival, Crowe Valley Jamboree, Freezerland Newfoundland Inc., April Wine Concert, Napanee Fair Has Talent, The 184th Picton Fair, Big River Countryfest, Opry North Country Music Festival. The Breezeway is geared up for a Huge Season and beyond. *The Breezeway Team has enjoyed a 7 Day Tour in 2018 to Corner Brook Newfoundland, a 9 Day Tour to Nashville and Memphis Tennessee with a stop in Bloomington Illinois in late May/June 2019 filming Live Breezeway Show Specials from Legendary Locations such as The Nashville Palace and John A’s with very Special Guests and Interviews. Most Recently The Breezeway was part of The Johnny Burke Tribute both in Cobourg Ontario and Moncton New Brunswick and in 2024 Presented 3 On Location Shows in Sommerside PEI and Moncton New Brunswick.

On Location Coverage which allows us to provide a platform for aspiring as well as seasoned entertainers to be seen around the world. “Our Sponsors and Fan Donations are what make the show possible, Helps cover costs for Equipment, rental, hydro and operating expenses throughout the year” “We also host several Special Events/Concerts and Shows as well as The Second Stage and Breezeway Live on Location Show which help to raise money towards operating costs and allows us to do what we Love to do” From Great Music to Interviews with Musicians, Event Coordinators and Fans, The Breezeway works hard to provide a positive music experience.
