It's Spotlight Saturday! Today we introduce you to local resin artist Dalis Hofer!

Born and raised in Alberta, Canada this mixed media artist has captured the attention of all who view her work. Dalis Hofer has been fascinated with arts and crafts from a very young age. Over many years, she has honed in on her creative side and focused much of her attention on her artwork.

Dalis unleashes a treasure trove of emotions in each piece. She is most admired for her versatile creative approach, using mixed media and techniques in resin pouring. Dalis combines the dynamics of mica powder, resin, alcohol inks, natural stones and gems, pieces of nature, and paint pens to create her spectacular, unique pieces. As a superb colorist, she integrates a range of contrasting and complementary colors with confidence. Her skillful use of resin pouring and mixing further expands her visual language.

Dalis’ art showcases her keen sensitivity to the natural world around her, sweeping us into an exciting visual realm that encompasses nature’s vast elements and powerful impact.
