Edward Allen aka the Drum Tutor had his annual season-end BIG recital for all his students on this past Saturday June 20 at the Lions Centre! He hires a great band that each one of his drum students can play on the kit with the band! How amazing of an experience is THIS?!! Always a pleasure to be there and thanks to Ed for supporting all the musical opportunities in our community! COCHRANE SINGS! was once again there with a table eager to spread the joy and fun of singing with our choir!! We start up again September 14! MONDAYS 7:00-9:00!

Head on over to the Lions Centre today for the Drum Tutor’s big recital event with three musical groups!! We have a table set up there if you’re interested in finding out more about us!! This event is open to everyone! No charge!!! Music starts at noon so come by 11:30 and on!!

🎶 Cochrane Sings is back for its third annual season finale concert, bringing an evening of music, energy and community connection to Bow Valley Baptist Church on Friday, May 15.

Choir founder and conductor Lee Ann DeCoteau says audiences can expect much more than a traditional choral performance — the finale is designed as a full “show” experience.

We share our joy of music, of singing, we socialize together at extra activities and events and we “connect” on many levels musically and emotionally! We are a Community within this Community! Come kick off the long weekend on a musical high with songs that range in style from Cold Play to the Beatles to Meghan Trainor,
to some knee slapping tunes from O Brother Where Art Thou featuring live musicians including local celeb Allen Christie on his banjo!

Singing in a choir is all about connection… our diversity is also what connects us in life ❤️💃🕺
Come out and enjoy the energy and joy of singing as we present another great line up of songs along with guest musicians including local artist ALLEN CHRISTIE! We still have some tickets available either through Eventbrite, our members or cash at the door!
We will also be selling them before our final rehearsal next Monday May 11 at All Saints Anglican Church, where we rehearse, from 6:30-7:00 before rehearsal!
