Get out your brooms... auditions for “Hurry Hard”!

When Bill and Sandy’s marriage split up, so did their curling team – splintering off into a men’s team and a women’s team who begrudgingly share the ice at the Stayner Curling Club. Now, a medical emergency has left the men’s team short a player the day of the big Regional Bonspiel. If they have any hope of beating neighbouring Meaford and taking the trophy for Stayner, they’ll have to put aside their personal differences and unite as one team.

Youth Theatre Auditions!

Based on the DreamWorks Animation hit, How to Train Your Dragon JR. brings fire-breathing action, epic adventure and big laughs to the stage. Hiccup is a young Viking who defies tradition and befriends one of his deadliest foes – a ferocious dragon he calls Toothless. Together, the unlikely heroes fight against the odds to save both their worlds in this wonderful theatrical adaptation. This is a fun show for anyone who wants to sing, dance, act and will love to be a Dragon or Viking.

The Northumberland Players are thrilled to announce our 2026/27 season! This coming year, our shows will once again be packed with laughter, drama, singing, dancing, vibrant sets and costumes, and incredible live theatre experiences!

From beloved classics to exciting new productions, this season promises something for everyone and we can’t wait to share the magic with Northumberland County and beyond!
