Calling all 10-13 year olds who love getting creative!

Join us for our next session in our monthly workshop series: Art Unlocked with professional artist & tattooist, Laura Scholey!

Our next session is Pablo Piccasso style Cubism Self Portrait on Friday, June 26 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm at the Cobourg Y.

For youth ages 10 and 13, come learn about Pablo Picasso and Cubism by making facial features separately using different mediums and then put them altogether!

Fees per night: $12.00 for Members and $16.00 for Non-Members.

Laura is excited to guide you! She’s spent over 20 years making awesome art after going to OCAD and can’t wait to help you find your own "artistic voice" and build your skills.

Start summer off with an adventure on Friday, June 26 PA Day Camp at our Cobourg and Campbellford Y locations!

Activities include:
Campbellford YMCA: Swimming, outdoor activities, crafts, teamwork, and cooperative games
Cobourg YMCA: Swimming, outdoor activities, teamwork, cooperative games, and crafts

Hours:
Regular camp: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Extended care available for $6.20/hour: Morning: 7:00–8:00 AM or Evening: 5:00–6:00 PM

Ages: 5–12 years

Cost: $43/day for Members | $45/day for Non-Members

What to bring: Weather-appropriate clothing, swimsuit and towel, refillable water bottle, and a nut-free lunch and snacks.

Join us at the Campbellford YMCA for our next pop up workshop: for Crafty Kids: Puppet Pal Workshop!

Children ages 4-6 will step into a world of imagination, designing their very own sock or paper puppets. From silly monkeys to friendly animals, participants will bring their puppet character to life while exploring creativity, storytelling and imaginative play!

This drop-in evening for seniors (55+) is all about great music, moving your feet, and catching up with friends (or making new ones!).

From country favourites to modern pop, we’ve got the tunes covered. Plus, the wonderful Joanne Beer and her crew will be there to guide us through some fantastic line dancing! 🤠

We’ll have plenty of time for socializing, open dancing, and line dancing, plus light refreshments to enjoy! 🍩

Starting Wednesday, June 17, pickleball returns to the Campbellford YMCA at the Sunny Life Recreation & Wellness Centre! Whether you're looking to practice your serve, get a great workout, or just have some fun, we’ve got a court ready for you in the fully air-conditioned arena facility.

🕒 Summer Hours
Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 6:00 PM, & 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Bookable in 1-hour increments (1 court available). One booking per day per member/group.

FREE for YMCA members!
Non-members can grab a Day Pass (which also gets you access to the gym, classes, and the pool!). 🏊‍♂️🏋️‍♀️

Location: 50 Seymour Quarry Road, Campbellford (within the Arena).

⚽ Get ready for an action-packed week at Soccer Camp with the Cobourg Police Service at the Cobourg YMCA! ⚽

From July 6–10, kids ages 8–12 are invited to hit the field for an exciting week filled with soccer skill development, fun drills, games, teamwork, and tons of energy!

Campers will have the unique opportunity to learn and play alongside members of the Cobourg Police Service while building confidence, making new friends, and staying active in a fun and supportive environment. 🚔
Plus, campers will enjoy a special visit and tour of the Police Station!

Whether your child is new to the game or already loves soccer, this camp is a great way to grow their skills both on and off the field.
