We Need YOU!
Turns out, events this big don't magically happen... despite our best attempts at wishing really hard. It truly takes a village, and we're looking for a few awesome volunteers to help make Fair Days unforgettable!
Here's where we could use a hand:
1. Parade Judges (9:00–11:00 a.m.) – The toughest job of the day... deciding who deserves bragging rights! Claresholm & District Chamber of Commerce you can reach out to if you like to help!
2.Bouncy House Supervisors – Sit in a lawn chair for a one-hour shift and make sure the fun stays safe. (Yes, this is an official volunteer position!)
3. Set-Up & Take-Down Crew – If you're strong, energetic, or just enjoy lifting things while pretending you're in a CrossFit competition, we'd love your help Friday night, Saturday morning, or Saturday evening.
4. Treat Hander-Outers – Spread smiles and goodies to kids (and maybe a few adults who wander by looking hopeful).
5. Quad Driver Wanted! – Do you own a quad? We'd love someone to pull our train full of excited kids around the grounds. The Town will even cover your gas!
Every volunteer will receive a little thank-you voucher to enjoy some delicious food during the day.
Whether you can spare one hour or several, we'd be so grateful. Fair Days only happens because of amazing volunteers like you.
