🎶 On the Rocks Music Festival Recap & Thank You! 🎶

What an unforgettable night! A massive thank you to everyone who came out and made this year’s On the Rocks Music Festival such a huge success!

To the Parks and Recreation staff — your dedication was nothing short of heroic. Working around the clock for two full days in the scorching heat to get the field ready did not go unnoticed. Your hard work made the magic happen, and we are so grateful. Thank-you Terry Hickey, Brent Green, Brendan Ryan, Earl Coish, Preston Bailey, April Mills, Denise Ellis, Judy Hart, Mark Boutcher, Megan Lambert and all our summrer students!

To our incredible bands — The Salt Beef Junkies DAHLIA - Band, Justin Fancy, and our powerhouse headliners 21 GUN SALUTE — you brought the energy, the music, and the memories. Thank you for lighting up the stage and giving us a show to remember!

A huge shoutout to our host and emcee John Sheehan, who kept the crowd laughing and the night rolling smoothly from start to finish.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW AHEAD OF “ON THE ROCKS 2025”:

FIRST OFF, we have addressed some of our growing pains experienced at last year's festival:
​✅Adjusted site lay-out (See attached)
✅More toilets (12 in fact, up from 3 in 2024)
✅More coolers (6 different options, sweet and sugar free)
✅Express BEER bar IN ADDITION to a full bar with for mixed drinks/wine/etc. To ensure quicker service for all patrons.
✅Debit/credit Option. It's complicated, more below.

1️⃣ BRING CASH💵. We DO have DEBIT/CREDIT SETUP at the main door and drink ticket table, HOWEVER, this is our first attempt at offering this service, so it would be a good idea to bring cash with you, just in case the network were to crash.
2️⃣ Some picnic tables and bleacher seating are available, but we encourage you to bring along your own chair🪑 or blanket, if you wish.
3️⃣ Be prepared to show your Photo ID 🪪at the main gate.
4️⃣ All bags 🛍️will be checked at the main gate.
5️⃣ You can exit and enter the venue at anytime, but you MUST have your wrist band securely fastened. Any sign of tampering/sharing wrist bands, entry will be denied.
6️⃣ Pets ARE permitted. HOWEVER, you MUST ALWAYS keep your pet on a leach. You MUST clean up after your pet immediately and if it is deemed that your pet is a distraction to any other patrons or artists, you will be asked to remove your pet from the park.
7️⃣ The field (beer garden included) is NOT covered, please keep yourself well hydrated. Our food vendors will be well equipped with water and non-alcoholic beverages, but we also have some water on hand in case vendors run low or line-ups prevent people from getting water easily.
8️⃣All alcoholic beverages will be sold at $6. This includes Labatt Products, Coolers, Wine and Spirits.

Tickets are available at the EEC Box Office on event day from 1:00-4:00 pm. Call 466-4105 ext. 222 to charge via credit card.
Tickets are also available at the main gate, which opens at 7:00 pm. REMEMBER, DEBIT OR CREDIT MAYBE AVAILABLE , but we suggest bringing CASH, just to be safe!!
