2025 Season: Outstanding Refund Update

We are saddened to announce there will be no 2025 season.

The show is on pause this year as we continue to navigate an unexpected chapter. With well over a hundred of the industry’s finest sidelined, a beautiful 14,000-sq-ft haunt waiting in the wings, and a heartbroken creative team who longed to welcome you, we’re still fighting for the magic.

Refunds are underway and will continue, and we’ll keep replying to messages as quickly as we can.

We’re working day and night toward a clear path for next season and we’re deeply grateful for your belief and support along the way. The curtain may have fallen on 2025—but take heart: Halloween 2026 is only a few scares (and sleeps) away.

We’re heartbroken to share that this weekend’s shows are cancelled following a sudden, heavy-handed court injunction that forced us to pause operations.

This decision has impacted our entire team. Over 70 people - actors, artists, crew, and managers have been locked out of work after months of hard work to create something truly special.

🎟️ Ticket holders: you’ll have the chance to reschedule for another night, and we’re working around the clock to make that possible. Refunds will be handled only if we’re unable to reopen this season. Every ticket represents someone’s hard work and livelihood, and your patience keeps that hope alive.
