Under section 2of the Charter, Canadians are free to follow the religion of their choice. In addition, they are guaranteed freedom of thought, belief and expression.

So when an establishment wants to restrict songs sung by patrons they are violating the patrons Charter of rights. This is not a Communist dictatorship (even though some political parties are trying to get it that way) and violation of a citizen’s rights to Freedom of expression is not right and not supported by us. We will not support anyone or company that wants to restrict and violate our charter of rights….
