To our incredible volunteers...

The gates have closed on the 93rd Annual Chesterville Fair, but before we put another Fair in the books, we need to recognize the people who made it all happen.

From weeks of preparation and setup to three busy days of gates, bars, grounds, events, exhibits, entertainment, clean-up and everything in between, our volunteers were there.

There were early mornings, late nights, last-minute changes, problems to solve and countless moments where someone simply saw something that needed to be done and jumped in to help.

To our Directors, Associate Directors, Junior Directors and every volunteer who gave us their time this year: thank you for showing up for the Fair and for our community.

We truly could not do this without you.

HOMECRAFT EXHIBIT REMOVAL REMINDER

A reminder to all Homecraft exhibitors to please pick up your entries following the close of the Fair on Sunday, August 23.

Exhibits can be removed from the Arena after the Homecraft Exhibition closes. Please remember that all Arena access is through the side entrance by the Grandstands.

Thank you to everyone who entered this year’s Homecraft competition and helped fill our new exhibition space with some incredible work! ❤️

UPDATE: THE FUN IS ON!

The inflatables are officially OPEN, Jed the Bull is ready to ride, and the Nerf Battle Arena is moving to the Kids Entertainment Tent!

Rain or shine, we’re keeping the fun going at the Chesterville Fair — and admission is FREE today!

Check out the Sheep Show featuring a full lineup of classes, our Junior Show jackpots and the always-fun 21 & Under Costume Class, where both the exhibitor AND their sheep get dressed up!

The rain has changed our plans, but Sunday at the Chesterville Fair is still ON — AND ADMISSION IS NOW FREE FOR EVERYONE!

We’ve moved as much as we can indoors, so come on out, stay dry, and enjoy the final day of the fair!

Church Service | 10–11 AM — Moved to the Arena
Baby Show Registration | 10–11 AM — Moved to the Ag Hall
Baby Show | 11 AM–1 PM — Moved to the Ag Hall
Sheep Show | 9:30 AM–1 PM — Barn
Sheep Shearing Demonstration | 11 AM–1 PM — Barn
Happy Little Farmstead | 11 AM–4 PM — Rear of the Ag Hall
Nerf Battle Arena + Jed the Bull | 11 AM–4 PM — Moved indoors to the Arena
Tea Room | 1–3 PM — Arena Front Lobby
