As of now, the rink will remain open. Please use with caution as the ice surface is soft and rough. We are hoping for more cold weather so we can get the zamboni out again! You will know if the rink is shut down if there is a closed sign at the top of the hill. Thanks for understanding.

Attention: Cherryville residents!

Interested in playing pickleball? If so, there's casual play being organized on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturday's 8:30am - 10:30am at Hanson Park.

Seems like some ice making weather has finally arrived! Flooding has begun, but it will be at least a week before we have enough of a base... Check back here for updates!

Please HELP us!
Our Ice Crew has been working very hard to save the ice through some challenging weather conditions this past month, and we need your help in making all the work worth it....
1. If the sign says the rink is closed, please keep off the ice.
2. Please take the nets and pucks off the ice when you are done using them! They melt into the ice and ruin our equipment if they get get covered in snow (which costs time and money).
3. As the sign indicates, please only push snow off to the far side of the ice.

The Rink is OPEN, but the ice is a bit rough. It'll take some time and cold weather to get it back in better condition!

If anyone is bored or looking to do a good deed, head on down to the rink and tidy up the changeroom!
To those who use it regularly, please use the garbage cans provided and return equipment in an orderly fashion. Many thanks!
