IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ

We shouldn’t have to post this, but unfortunately, here we are.

NO-SHOWS AND LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS WILL NO LONGER BE TOLERATED.

When you book an appointment, you are reserving our time. That time could have been given to another client, and simply not showing up is disrespectful to us and our business.

This is exactly why we take deposits.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions for no-shows. If you miss your appointment and want to rebook, a new deposit will be required.

Emergencies happen — we understand that. But our time is our livelihood, and it needs to be respected just as we respect yours.

Please don't book an appointment if you don't intend to keep it.

To the clients who show up, communicate and respect our time — thank you. We appreciate you more than you know. 🤎
